Maria Regina High School Reviews

As a graduate, and now that my daughter is there, I have realized that going to Maria Regina changed the course of my life. If I didn't have the solid moral foundation they provided me with, I wouldn't have been able to stay with my husband and work through our issues. I would not have been blessed with my 2 beautiful daughters. And now that my daughter is starting MRHS, I can't wait for her to have the great experiences I have had there. Academically, I was an average student, but I was able to get into a good college, go to an Ivy League University for graduate school and keep up with my Ivy League husband!

This school is not a college prep school- there aren't many AP classes. They often encourage their students to apply only to local community colleges. The school IS affective in fostering morals and values to their students. Students do get a strong sense of community and sisterhood.

I am not happy with this school. I feel the teachers are not all that great and If you feel that thier is a problem with the teachers it doesnt get resovled. I dont think thier clubs are even worth mentioning and sports are only available if your child is a great athlete.

I love MRHS. The teachers are wonderful and help you in and out of school. Everyone feels like family.

With any all girls school, there is a lot of drama. Otherwise the teachers are helpful and welcoming. The classes can be challenging but it really prepares students for state exams. Our principal is amazing; she is very outgoing and makes a great leader.

Excellent school, great teachers and great morals.

this is a great school. I would recommend this school to anyone that I know. The faculity and staff make you so welcome when you are a new commer. The girls are so polite and respect each other. I would say this school is one of the best schools in the country.

Two of my children go to Marie Regina. The school is very good except if you child gets a bad teacher. They have a policy that you can not change teacher for any reason. about 90 % of the teacher are goood just don't get stuck with the other 10 percent

I love Maria Regina! The school offers so much academically, spiritually and emotionally. The close knit environment strengthens the bonds between the students as well as with the teachers. The faculty is extremely approachable and is always willing to help. In addition, our principal is one of the most wonerful people I have ever met. Her upbeat personality keeps all the students energized. I strongly believe that I have become a better person throughout my years at Maria Regina.

Maria Regina has a variety of academic programs including philosophy, psychology, and accounting. It also has an amazing wide range of extracurricular activities that can satisfy any student; like, guitar club, criminal justice club, mission outreach, key club, dance club, drama club, city slickers, and more. Maria Regina also has many out of school activities to bring the girls closer together.

Science program is weak, extracurricular activities are very available, parent involvement is average.

I was very happy with this school I have and will continue to recommend this school for girls. I loved the structure and discipline. My daughter was unable to keep up with her grades and did not finish there but I would have her return and repeat the year if it were possible. Overall I love the school.

This school is the best. You really feel at home when you're there, especially when the school is small. This school is great! It gives you the education and family-like experience. If you like sports this is the school for you. This school almost always places. You should definitely send you're daughter here, and all the faculty is willing to help.

This school is horrible. I would advise that if you are a parent do not send your daughter to Maria Regina. The girls are horrible as well as the teachers and the coaches of the teams will go to anything to win a game. I don't like this school and I advise you to send your daughter somewhere else.
